I co-founded Altolio with Dolly Brtan to bring a more thoughtful, transparent and structured approach to alternative investment opportunities.

With more than 30 years of combined experience across finance, business and investment, we saw a clear gap in the market. Investors are increasingly looking beyond traditional asset classes, while quality projects and businesses continue to seek more flexible and considered pathways to capital.

At the same time, alternative investments can be complex and difficult to navigate. Good opportunities require more than capital. They require sound structures, rigorous due diligence, commercial discipline, clear communication and strong governance.

This is where Altolio comes in.

Altolio creates and manages alternative investment opportunities across four key pillars of Property, Credit & Income, Capital Markets and Natural Resources. Our initial foundation is firmly within Property and Credit & Income, where we see ongoing demand for well-structured funding solutions and carefully considered investment opportunities.

Our role is to connect capital with opportunity in a way that is transparent, disciplined and aligned.
